The “Bermuda Triangle” of the Female Orgasm

The male body is designed such that if he manages to achieve an erection, he will almost certainly experience orgasm and ejaculation within a few minutes. Afterward, he needs to rest, and not every touch brings him pleasure; on the contrary, it can cause discomfort. For women, this is much more difficult. They may experience multiple orgasms or none at all.

According to Emanuele Giannini of the University of Rome, the most common orgasm in women is the clitoral one. “Hurray!” feminists around the world exclaimed along with her. And all because it is the clitoris that allows us to loudly reaffirm its importance (in a sense, feminists believe): women can experience orgasm without penetration. Much research has been conducted on this topic. The first significance of the clitoris was discovered many centuries ago by a distant ancestor who created the so-called “Paleolithic Venus.” Later, in 1559, the anatomist Realdo Colombo described the clitoris. As was empirically established much later, signals are transmitted from the clitoris through the spinal cord to the brain, where they are evaluated as pleasure.

However, some time later, an interesting phenomenon was discovered. A woman with a back injury, who was unable to feel or experience pleasure from the clitoris, admitted that she felt vaginal penetration. Furthermore, she said she regularly experienced orgasm, but only different orgasms. As researchers discovered, signals from the vagina are transmitted in a completely different way – through the vagus nerve, which does not enter The spinal cord is damaged. Therefore, in essence, honest sex with spinal cord damage does not mean a complete loss of the ability to experience orgasm. As for the differences, clitoral pleasure is more external and superficial, while vaginal pleasure comes from within. Sigmund Freud favored vaginal orgasm as the most relaxing and influential in the development of sexual desire and psychological problems. Why? It’s hard to say, but the same feminists argue that men find it difficult to understand how to simultaneously experience two completely independent orgasms—one from penetration by a partner, and the other from personal stimulation of the clitoris. Incidentally, there are cases of girls deprived of their external genitalia for a variety of reasons. Nevertheless, they did not lose the ability to experience pleasure, but one cannot 100% say that it was simply an orgasm.

However, experimentally, Barry Komisarshchuk, who studied the brain activity of men and women during sex, discovered that after orgasm, entire areas of the male brain “turn off”, or rather, stop responding to further stimulation. This means that men cannot continue to have sex immediately after orgasm. It takes some time to recover. However, the female brain does not shut down completely, allowing further stimulation. This explains the possibility of women experiencing multiple orgasms from a man’s perspective. Moreover, when installing the same score, first on laboratory rats and then on women, it is the vaginal orgasm that makes the body insensitive to pain.

Further research into the structural features of the female body showed that women can experience orgasm associated with stimulation in the rectum and urethra, as well as in the anus. Indeed, there is reason to believe that the influence in the above areas only involves all the organs of the pelvic region in the “emotional” process and that orgasm actually occurs.

Until now, scientists have discussed the notorious G-spot, or more precisely, its location. However, it is already clear that women can experience things that men cannot control. What about the female orgasm itself? Sexual desire must come first. The difference with the fair sex is precisely that you can have sex without it and offer your body purely mechanically. And of course I experienced something with the horse. But erotic thoughts and fantasies are only the basis on which a woman can be given the opportunity to enjoy the process.

Next comes excitement. In this case, the blood is redistributed and flows to the pelvic organs. The breasts become enlarged, the clitoris swells, and the labia may change color. It is arousal that allows a woman to experience orgasm, as well as the pleasure of a pleasant pastime. This is usually a gradual growth that requires sufficient attention and some time. This is why men rush to do women a disservice. Preliminary love sessions help a girl get aroused. If not, then women can help themselves. The corresponding video sequence, imagination and self-stimulation bring the partner into a state of “combat readiness”.

The plateau is the stage when sustained arousal remains, the heart rate increases to 160 beats per minute, and the woman’s body is ready for orgasm. If a person does not hold back or something does not happen, the excitement immediately weakens and the orgasm goes away. However, if everything goes well, a woman may experience not one, but several of them.

And finally, resolution does not necessarily occur immediately after orgasm, but after experiencing an emotional outburst. This is the very moment when a woman’s body is satisfied. The pulse and organ size return to normal. The hormones enkephalin and endorphins improve mood, and oxytocin makes the partner feel tender and affectionate. This is why female sex physiologically cannot be just sex. He is attracted emotionally, even on a hormonal level. Thus, even if a woman does not initially feel love for a man, orgasm (or at least pleasant sensations) makes her feel real “sexual affection.”

The period of sexual disgust that does not go away, after which fatigue manifests itself differently in different women. For some, he looks like a man and for a few minutes completely turns women off from the communication process. Some young women really feel it and are ready to continue physical pleasure again. By the way, this explains the easier possibility for one woman to become the partner of several men than for one man to become the partner of several women. Now, after all of the above, it becomes even more strange that more than 30% of women have never experienced an orgasm at all in their lives. I hope other articles on this topic will help solve similar problems in general.
