What is the essence of sexism?
It is an ideology that perpetuates the perception of women as failed figures in society, with insufficient intellectual and creative potential. Sexism recognizes only the physiological roles of women: bed, kitchen, etc. This ideology is based on prejudices and stereotypes. Its main goal is to diminish the role of women in society.
According to sexist ideas, women are the keepers of stove heat and teachers of children. However, in reality this statement does not work. This is due to the fact that many people cannot fully provide for their entire family, and this is not something they are capable of.
With the development of industry, in the context of global restructuring and technological progress, the work of women no longer seems wild. On the contrary, women are happy to occupy positions in those areas that are available only to men. However, these aspirations are still not clear to supporters of the sexist movement.
They are negative and always find reasons to transfer their complex and phobia to women. “Women cannot take the place of men and do certain jobs, men calmly become cooks, hairdressers and stylists (moreover, some representatives of this profession can reach such heights that the fair sex has never dreamed of”) “It is impossible to assume the existence of human talent (sexists are convinced that no one is gifted).
This overestimation of one gender and neglect of the other results in scandal, depression, etc. Men are endowed with positive qualities, and women with negative ones. Men are smarter, stronger and work harder. But why don”t sexists take into account the trends of non-working men and working women?
Sexism also manifests itself in the legal system. These are retirement age, military service, unfounded bans on work in some areas and different ages for court decisions on child custody.
Reasons for sexism
Discrimination based on gender is not a vacuum type of discrimination. It arose as a result of a combination among ancient people and at the time of the emergence of patriarchal and patriarchal views and beliefs based on certain religious and philosophical orientations.

Because of an upbringing based on sexism, women feel insecure, humiliated, and find it difficult to realize themselves and become independent. They are convinced that one floor should occupy a dominant position in relation to the other.
Women and men differ from each other in many ways, but comparison of physique and strength capabilities is unacceptable. In the process of reassessing one”s value in society, the importance of character, not gender, ultimately increases.
However, female prejudice has not disappeared specifically for women. More and more men accept more and more men, in this case requiring women to constantly test their competence. In some organizations, women must meet specific parameters and sizes, while men only need to have professional qualities.
Is it okay to condone sexism?

Examples of sexism in society

- Even in pricing, hints of sexism are obvious. Men”s clothing is much cheaper than women”s. And yet, society demands perfect style and beauty from the fair sex. But how do you get the money for good cosmetics, stockings, and bras, without which the perfect look is impossible? This question only interests women.
- Sexist laxity in the workplace: women clean up dirty cups, not men. The office before the corporate party is decorated with women, but after the party, women are also removed from the office.
- The dress code applies to all employees, but only women are required to wear small swords. How annoying! Another problem with dress code exists in Muslim countries.
- “Don’t forget about your diet,” “how much you can eat,” “you’re chubby,” “you look like a board.” These are the most “modest” formulas. Many believe that women gain the opportunity for self-realization by entering into marital relationships, even if they are unhappy. In fact, women exist to make men feel good.
- Hair removal and the need for hair removal. However, men only shave their faces (but still not all of them). Yes, women with “grown” hair are, to put it mildly, unattractive. What about men?
- Women”s logic. This also applies to “dumb blondes”. It turns out that women who bleach their hair go crazy. Irrevocably. Forever. Also, if a girl rejects a man (no matter which one), she will later agree: they say, no = yes, but not now. The word “no”, meaning complete refusal, was not taught to men since childhood. At least now they truly consider themselves apolitical.

- Women are in the same position as men, but receive unjustifiably modest salaries.
- Today, women are starting to get driver”s licenses and buy cars in droves. And women with blond, red or brown hair are all (even older ones). Therefore, men humiliatingly compete with women in particularly careful and sometimes too slow driving, either out of envy or to offend their own sense of superiority (according to men who like to be “reckless” on the road). “Where are you going? Problems of the modern world
The progressive development of science and technology on the planet has not undermined the parasitic spread of sexism. In this era of rapid growth and excitement, there is a problem that continues to plague humanity. Typical sexists tend to “pose.” In their opinion, it is easier to defend their views there. They use the following: to combat sexism.

Fortunately, with the emergence of more secular views in modern society, medieval traditions and beliefs have lost their priority, and manifestations of sexism can be eliminated at the legislative level.
