Social characteristics in the family
Since time immemorial, men and women have played roles in family and life. Because slaughterhouses are shaped by natural conditions, they have different responsibilities. And they complement each other. There can be no genuine relationship if there is no person willing to play their part.
Only a man and a woman can start a family, unless, of course, it is a homosexual couple, in which case one of the partners is more passive and takes the place of the woman.
Distribution of responsibilities is the most important point in creating a family. This does not mean that the income of the person doing housework is strictly limited. Each cell of society sets its own rules, taking into account the inclinations, desires and knowledge of both partners.
Women can build a successful career, take care of their family and do everything at the same time. Girls are supposed to keep the fire going and give the man everything he needs. Of course, often a girl takes the place of a stronger man. This is due to the fact that many representatives of the stronger sex are raised only by women or single mothers. Thus, women begin to become stronger and men weaker.
Functions of men and women in the family
- Reproduction. Both spouses participate in this process. The girl is given the main role because she plays the main role in the birth of the child. Recently, psychologists and sociologists have noted that children are often born without the concept of a family, while every fifth child is born legitimate.
- Economic function. This option is carried out by the parents and includes property, clothing and livelihood.
- Educational function. Most often performed by women. Maintenance of culture, socialization of children, formation of a life position, direct communication, encouragement and punishment.
- Internal functions. In most cases, the duties are performed by women. These include clothing, medical care, child care, and spending time together.
- Leisure functions. Communication between all family members leads to harmony. This includes entertainment, holidays and going to the cinema. This function is not given enough attention, especially by men.
- Sexual function. We are, of course, talking about mutual intimacy between spouses. However, due to the uneven distribution of family responsibilities, this function often suffers greatly.

Man and woman in politics
What are the social characteristics of women and men in government? Girls have the same rights and can hold the same positions as men. They have their own political views and can even become president. More and more women are entering politics, especially in health and social care. The higher the proportion of women in government, the better the issues of motherhood, childhood, children”s rights and social protection are resolved.
Sweden has the highest number of women in politics with 47%, Finland has 41% in the Chamber of Deputies, and Japan has nine fewer women with 4% in both chambers. Russia, together with Guinea-Bissau, ranks 84th in terms of the number of women in parliament.

In the political sphere, women are discriminated against and are not allowed to occupy key positions. Women know how to listen, consider and connect actions in a larger context and show wisdom. Of course, all this helps set a lot of social benchmarks. The best solution is to divide the sphere of activity between women and men in accordance with social roles.

Man and woman in business
Running a business is completely different. Women are focused on visual memory, they can create compositions, recognize facial expressions and perform several tasks at the same time. They negotiate fully, but often jump from one topic to another.
Men speak more specifically because they are better at visualizing objects in the universe and processing half the information. And with an increase in testosterone, they become more aggressive and have a competitive spirit.
Men and women behave differently in business, so they need to know their strengths and weaknesses and use them in business. For example, men need to be calm and think first and then act. And women need to learn to manage their emotions and not cling to their partner at inappropriate moments.

In Russia, there are fewer women than men in key positions in companies. Damian”s businesses are of this kind: clothing related, flower shops and cosmetics. This situation is due to different upbringings, which impose the value of girlish work and modesty. Thus, women are more reserved and passive and avoid conflict.
If a woman comes to negotiations, she sits unnoticed from the end. Then the person in the center takes over almost all the tables. If a woman wants to have the same position as a man in business, she needs to learn to act confidently and decisively and to be with men, since business is more of a man”s field.
The social characteristics of women and men have led to the conclusion that the boundaries of gender are being erased. In every field, equal participation in family, politics, business and each other guarantees greater success.
