Scientifically proven: frequent sex is the true guarantee of longevity!

Surely you are familiar with the standard recipe for longevity: you need to exercise daily and eat a diet rich in vegetables and fruits. Sleep at least eight hours a day. Throw the beer out of the refrigerator in the trash and quit smoking. It is also highly recommended to maintain warm emotional relationships with friends and family.

Finally, the researchers added one more item to this list — to live longer, you need to have sex regularly.
Researchers from the UK studied the frequency of sexual intercourse among 918 healthy men in the village of Caerphilly (Wales). The age of the subjects at the start of the study ranged from 45 to 59 years. For 10 years, scientists recorded information about these people. Of the study group, 150 men died during this decade. Of these, 67 people died from heart attacks and 83 from other causes.
Interesting results
The researchers then compared the frequency of sexual intercourse with mortality. They found that in a group of men who had sex about once a month, the mortality rate was twice as high as in a group of men who had sex twice a week. In the overall group of subjects, the risk of death decreased as the frequency of sexual intercourse increased.
The researchers compared the frequency of sexual intercourse reported by men in the first study with mortality or survival rates after 10 years. Men who reported having sex twice a week had half the mortality rate compared to men who had sex only once a month. For the group as a whole, the risk of death decreases with increasing frequency of sexual intercourse.
Not surprisingly, when the study was published, it was met with criticism. Haters argued their position by saying that sex itself is a sign of health and therefore cannot increase a man”s life expectancy.
While this may be true, there were no differences in other aspects between the men with the highest and lowest sexual frequency. Smoking, weight, blood pressure, heart disease—these parameters didn”t show any significant differences. In other words, compared to the most sexually “indifferent” subjects, those who frequently indulged in intimacy weren”t particularly healthy.

Don”t Underestimate Her Sexual Attractiveness. According to a new and interesting study, women want to have sex more often. Without knowing it.
The only difference was cholesterol levels. This factor is known to be associated with death from heart attack. In our study, men with high cholesterol who had sex more often had the lowest mortality rate from heart disease.
The conclusion is simple: more sex means more deaths and a longer life.
Findings Contrary to Ancient Advice
This conclusion contradicts many traditional views on health. For example, the biblical Apostle Paul writes that it is beneficial for men not to touch women. In traditional Chinese culture, ejaculation was considered a drain on vitality.
►► Sex with risk to life. Potency and frequent sex. Sexual intercourse beneficial to men”s health. Erection
As men aged, they were advised to have less and less sex and masturbation. The French are not far behind, even calling orgasm “little death.” Interestingly, salt is white death, sugar is sweet, and sex is little.
Other data
However, these prejudices are unfounded. Other medical studies confirm the results obtained in Wales. For example, Swedish scientists studied 392 elderly G. Gotiroga (166 men, 226 women) aged 70 to 75 years.
They found a clear link between mortality and the cessation of sexual activity. Another study compared two groups of women. 100 people who had suffered a heart attack and 100 healthy women were studied. Before the heart attack, the women were less satisfied with their sex lives.
There are several possible explanations for why physical intimacy prolongs life.
- Frequent sex implies intimacy. Like other relationships, romantic relationships have a beneficial effect on the nervous system.
- Sex is essentially a form of exercise, and exercise is known to be a cornerstone of health.
- Intimacy relaxes and relieves stress.
- Frequent sex boosts immunity.
That”s why researchers are unanimous on this issue. Their advice: “Do it!” And it”s true. And your life will not only be longer, but also more comfortable.
