To treat or to cripple: how douching affects health

Douching is a natural process necessary to maintain hygiene of the female genital organs. It has been promoted since time immemorial, and society as a whole recognizes that it is as necessary a procedure as washing and brushing your teeth in the morning.
Media positively stimulates the human mind. Douching is very important and beneficial for female microflora. According to statistics, approximately 15% of women in the United States regularly use foundation. Some use homemade hydroxyl solutions, but most girls don’t bother and buy disposable pharmaceutical devices. Per minute, these disposable devices generate sales of up to $150 million per year.
Surprisingly, douching is not only necessary, but also harmful to the body. The vagina contains many bacteria that are closely related to each other. After watering, some of the bacteria die, which leads to an imbalance. Within 72 hours this balance is restored. However, before the bacteria ratio returns to normal, the risk of developing a number of diseases increases.
Chlamydia
This is the most common sexually transmitted disease. In 1692, scientists from the University of Washington established a direct link between chlamydia and douching. Scientists compared two types of women. Those who have never done it, and those who have done it regularly or at least once in their lives. Those who did so rarely were twice as likely to become infected, and none of the four were infected regularly.
Pelvic inflammatory disease
Chlamydia has migratory properties, moving from the vagina through the cervix into the fallopian and penile tubes, easily causing inflammation in the pelvic floor. This threatens the fertility of women”s lives and in general.

Researchers from the Mount Sinai School in New York found that a monthly act of the procedure doubled the risk of developing inflammation in the basement, while a weekly act suppressed this risk by four times. How are pelvic floor irrigation and inflammatory processes related? According to the study, the flow of ambulatory fluid pushes harmful bacteria into the fallopian and penile tubes, where infection occurs.
Bacterial vaginosis
The main symptom of the disease is an unpleasant discharge with a fishy odor. To prove the link between bacterial vaginosis and douching, scientists from the University of Pittsburgh conducted a study in which 1, 200 women took part. As you can imagine, those who performed the flushing procedure had a 40% increased risk of disease.
Trichomonas and yeast infection
To confirm the same relationships, American scientists tested 3, 754 women aged 14-49 years for infection. About 50% of infected girls said that they practice rinsing the vagina with a solution or decoction.

Douching Pros and Cons
Cervical cancer
Who would have thought that one of the most occult diseases of the female reproductive system could be caused by harmless vaginal douching. American scientists studied 266 women who had the habit of using a shower, and 408 women who never did this. Comparing the results, those who did not have to wash had a 40% lower risk of developing infection.
Infertility, premature birth and ectopic pregnancy
Scientists from Washington observed 840 couples trying to conceive a child. Those who had sex for a year without contraception and did not douche were able to conceive a child in 90% of cases. For those who flushed, the conception rate was 83%.
Ectopic pregnancy is the most dangerous phenomenon. In this case, the fetus does not form in the uterus and is fixed in the fallopian tubes. As the fetus develops, the fallopian tubes can become damaged, posing a serious threat to the mother”s life. Thus, one study showed that women who had never undergone douching had a 3. 8 times lower risk of developing this disease compared to women who were accustomed to this procedure.

During pregnancy, any experimentation with the body has negative consequences. This applies to Likhoy, too. Among 812 pregnant women, those who underwent this procedure had a twice-higher risk of this event than those who did not wash anything. Think twice before exposing your child to such a risk. After all, it entails irreversible changes in fetal development and will disrupt its future life.
You didn”t expect this outcome? You would have done it anyway! The claim that urine is the key to cleanliness and health is simply a marketing strategy aimed at concealing potential health risks. Gynecologists claim that the vagina is a self-cleansing organ that requires no external intervention.
