Doll or “cuckold”: an unusual sexual fantasy that allows us to observe sex from the outside
Dr. Justin Lechmiller discovered unusual sexual fantasies in his patients that turned out to be much more common than he thought. In describing them, he tried to understand not only what people wanted in these fantasies, but also what internal experiences led to their occurrence. And this is fantasy number two — “doll lady” or “cuckold”.
One woman said her favorite fantasy is being turned into an inanimate doll, sitting in her bedroom and forced to watch her husband have sex with a very attractive woman. The doll is wound up and wants to touch itself, but physically cannot move.
This fantasy coincides with a fairly popular sexual desire known as “cuckolding,” where someone (usually a man) watches their partner(s) have sex with another person.

In a study conducted by Dr. Justin Lehmiller, more than 4, 000 people tried to describe their biggest sexual fantasies in their own words.
There is an entire section of the porn industry dedicated to “cuckolds” (What is a cuckold?). ): You see your partner having sex with another partner. Film scripts can deal with both cheating and provoking a partner to have sex with another (sometimes through deception).

Fantasies (a form of consensual non-monogamy) often have a BDSM component, where the observer/observers play the role of submissive voyeurs, humiliating them in the process.
However, Dr. Lechmiller noted that more and more people are asking this question when choosing pornographic films. Perhaps because our lives are overloaded with the need to make decisions and constantly bear responsibility for something, people become delighted with the opportunity to simply observe an event without any effort.
