There is a lot of heartache and anxiety associated with this story, especially due to my mental state, which was deeply shocked by my “beloved” institution. However, this is not what we are talking about now. I want to share my experience and warn people who think that minus for minus equals plus in a relationship.
The emergence of “sick” relationships
How did you end up in a mental hospital? Many people have already asked this question. Following my doctor”s strong recommendation, I will answer briefly and clearly. In the first few days I made friends, went for walks, played cards and worked out at the gym. There is a lot of entertainment there. Every week something new appeared. One day I noticed a handsome man sitting at the nurses” station. Over the next few days we had a conversation. Then one night he came into my room and was tempted to smoke a cigarette while no one was around. Further events unfolded at lightning speed. Every day we walked together and the two of us retired to the ward so that no one would interfere with us being together. 3 We asked the doctor for work so that we could walk along the path to the nearest cinema. Everything was romantic, fun and relaxed. Although he was seven years older than me, our communication only embarrassed the doctors and nurses. I would like to note that it was the doctors who objected to us communicating, at least in some form, about the same diagnoses — borderline personality disorder and depression, for example — when explained without complex medical terminology. They immediately realized how it would end. Of course, we didn”t listen to anyone.
The first bell
To understand immediately that something was wrong was prevented by strong love and euphoria that struck the sick brain. Everything seemed perfect and we helped each other recover. You just need to stick together. I only now understand that nothing good happened from the very beginning. Many went home for the weekend, and no more than ten people remained in the department. One weekend, a situation occurred that started a game of “playing with each other”s feelings.” And this continued until the end of the relationship. Each of us won with varying degrees of success. We lay in our room and talked about the future. What will happen when I leave the hospital, and how our relationship will develop in the future. Everything that almost every girl wants to talk about with her boyfriend. And he declares that nothing will happen, it’s better to do everything now. The girls understand my disappointment, but they ask: “What did you want?” Some people ask. Yes, but nothing. If this is the end, then I accept it and move on with my life. But in this case, history does not exist. I must say that I also like to laugh, and I immediately decided to take revenge. Literally the next day, when everyone returned from vacation, I stopped eating. If he has feelings, I thought, then this is how I can squeeze them out of him. So what do you think? It happened. By lunchtime he was spoon-feeding me and stole a plate of food from the cafeteria.

The victory warmed his soul, but it was not enough to bring him back. The main thing is that the first steps have been taken.
A new approach to relationships
After the battle was won, there was hope of winning the war. Then we began to develop a plan to restore friendly relations, continue the offensive, and storm the country. After a long walk, a conversation, and a few tantrums on my part, everything returned to normal. Love, a movie, and meeting my parents. I was happy because I like getting what I want. Something like that. Of course, this approach didn”t lead to the creation of anything strong and reliable. We must remember that we are both mentally ill. So, we had to tolerate his bad mood in the morning and the opposite in the evening. But this didn”t seem unusual. When you are in a psychiatric hospital, such changes in mood are quite natural. A month passed. He was discharged from the hospital, and I experienced a storm of emotions. Why couldn”t I see him every day anymore? But he regularly came on weekends, worked half-time, and lived close to the hospital, so I calmed down. A week later, I was also discharged from the hospital, and he helped me carry my things home. Why home? We”re homebody types who don”t want to leave the house because we”re introverts. You could attribute this to illness or something, but I don”t mind.
Pain
The most interesting thing is that he played computer games constantly. Essentially, it kept him at home, as he hid from the real world. Everyone thinks that fixing their significant other will help them break bad habits and addictions. It”s impossible until they want it themselves.
How I lay in a mental hospital | my scary story
The beginning of the end
It seemed like a few hours later, things had gotten even worse. He arrived in the morning, we were skateboarding, watching a movie. And then, out of the blue, a barrage of random proposals began pouring in. My nerves couldn”t take it anymore. Locking him in the apartment, she left the house and went out into the street in slippers and house clothes. After a while, she returned, apologized, and humiliated herself. I truly believed I”d committed some kind of crime; I cried. Despite her attempts to dissuade him, he left. It was around nine o”clock in the evening. A powerful tranquilizer lay on the nightstand. There”s nothing better than taking 20 pills at once and talking to a man about it. After that, I don”t remember anything. According to eyewitnesses, he called an ambulance, came back, took me to the hospital, told my parents what happened, waited for them, and left. He acted like a gentleman, but I don”t think he was much of a gentleman. After intensive care, I was sent to the same hospital where this long story began. He came every day, as if nothing had happened. One day, he came very late and said he was suffering because of me and didn”t want to see me anymore. I”ll add a particularly interesting detail: I told him several times that I wanted to be with my mother. Finally, he called and said he changed his mind. The man is 27 years old. I laughed for a long time.
Conclusion
This story is told so that no one steps on my rake. Everything that happened was dragging us down. We manipulated and played each other. It”s terrible. mentally healthy, girl, told, love
