How to behave on a nudist beach so as not to be ashamed?

1: tell us about your first experience. how was it?
– I was very scared. For a long time, I couldn’t muster up the courage and calmed myself down by applying sunscreen to my body. By the time I finally got to the people, I was very polished and looked like I was at a disco.

— In my book I described many elderly nudists. Perhaps some of them are old hippies. But the first birth of the nudist movement, especially in North America, occurred after World War II. During tragic times, nudist magazines were issued to soldiers because pornography was prohibited. Then, when the war ended, there was a big “boom!” at nudist resorts.

1: “stay in your comfort zone”
Emphasize only your comfort level. Skimpy bikinis, sunbathing in tops or simply exposing the sides of your thighs is your choice, your peace of mind, your idea of nudism, so it doesn’t matter what kind of head you consider “acceptable”.
