Scientists have discovered how many reasons there are to have sex
How many reasons are there for having sex? Scientists at least 237. However, the study was based on young university students, which raises the question of how do people”s sexual motives change as they age? And is it reasonable to wonder whether men and women experience the same or different changes in their sexual reasons as they age?
A new study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine provides much-needed insight into these issues. The study was based on a survey of nearly 4, 700 teenagers and adults aged 13 to 83. These people were given an extensive list of sexual reasons and asked to rate how often they had sex for each of those reasons.

If I could remake the famous saying, “a girl who lasts as long as people look for her,” it would sound exactly like the title of this one.
Across all age and gender groups, three of the four most common reasons for having sex were the same. They focused on pleasure, health and the desire to experience pleasure.
Only in the future did the list reveal gender differences. This mainly concerned women who chose emotional reasons for sex more emotionally. As for men, they chose more physical reasons.
However, when you look at the big picture, physical causes have become less attractive overall. Moreover, this trend was observed in both women and men. It’s just that in women such moments appeared earlier and were more pronounced.
Ultimately, the researchers once again confirmed the truth that we are very different. And despite the general trend, each of us had our own unique reasons why we decided to have sex.
