Edward Hammond of the Sunshine Project in Berkeley obtained a copy of this proposal from AFWL in Dayton, Ohio, using freedom of information laws. The proposal says that as one of the armed forces is trying to develop intermittent weapons, the Air Force Research Institute has requested $7. 5 million to fund the development of such chemical weapons, according to the documents. “An Air Force Research Laboratory in Ohio proposed developing a bomb containing a compound that could overwhelm the enemy by causing enemy soldiers to become homosexual and service members to become attracted to each other,” Edward Hammond says in the document.
