Falling in love will help you avoid getting sick during cold season
Western Virginia University decided to conduct a comprehensive study of the influence of love on the human body, or to determine all the positive aspects of this problem. It turned out that love has a positive effect on 12 areas of the brain. This means that:
- Improves memory. In a state of love, a person actually remembers information faster (especially if this information is related to the goal of falling in love.
- Accelerated decision making. People in love can analyze situations faster and make decisions just as quickly — make them. Hormonal levels affect the body in such a way that the ability to concentrate on a situation increases significantly.
- Develops logic and logical thinking. The hormones dopamine and oxytocin actively stimulate a person’s mental activity, allowing him to make the most logical decisions.
- Strengthens the immune system. The most interesting conclusion is that people in love are less susceptible to colds and effectively resist viruses. Scientists studied more than 50 women of different age categories, who, according to them, were in a state of love. They concluded that their immunity was much stronger than that of those who were in long-term, ongoing relationships or lacked compassion.
