Is it true that women cope with breakups more easily than men?

You know what? I believe that men treat the first with more tenderness than women do. This information was published in the journal Social Psychology and Personality Science.

Are women very hostile?
Unexpectedly
Surprised? This finding did not come as a surprise to the study participants themselves. Only 24% were convinced that men treat their ex-partners more warmly than women. The researchers themselves believed that there was no difference between the sexes.
To get this result, the researchers recruited 295 people who had been in heterosexual relationships for at least four months and had separated from their partners in the past five years. Participants then rated their feelings toward their ex-partner on an 18-point scale. They were asked to rate how much they agreed with statements such as “my ex-partner has many positive traits,” “I don’t touch my ex-partner,” and “when I think about my ex-partner, I get angry.”

The researchers then found that men tended to have more positive attitudes toward “before” than women.
First hand! How do men cope with breakups?
It was found that men received more emotional support in their previous relationships than women. In addition, they experimented more with everything related to lateral connections. The researchers concluded that men experience warmer feelings due to a lack of emotional support. They also hope that a chance meeting after a breakup will lead to a one-night stand.
Ursula Ascented, professor of social psychology at Glas University, Austria, argues that they simply lose sight of who supported them well during the relationship, and therefore value friendship and communication with the former.”
For women, in some ways they are more likely to survive a breakup. Not least because they look to their friends for support. How do men cope? They load themselves up with work and go to the bar. So – SO strategy, I agree.
In addition, men think a little less about the reasons for the breakdown of the union. But women tend to analyze everything and therefore quickly find some explanation for what happened. And they manage to find the culprits.
