How much sex does a couple need to have an ideal relationship?

How to determine how much sex you need to have good sex?
According to a study conducted by scientists from the University of Toronto for the American journal Social Psychological and Personality Sciences under the leadership of Anna Muth, the magic number is once a week.
For the calculations, the researchers used survey data from more than 30, 000 Americans over 30 years old. Data analysis shows that couples who have sex less often rate their relationships worse than couples who have sex more often.

Often they don’t even realize how much time they spend on boring and unremarkable things. Sex is one of the most enjoyable activities invented.
In addition, neither gender, nor age, nor the length of the relationship had a significant effect on the intensity of their sex life. Interestingly, couples who had sex once a week rated their relationship as satisfactory, regardless of whether the relationship was heterosexual or homosexual.
During the study, researchers also looked for a relationship between the frequency of sex and the happiness of people who are not in a relationship. It is noted that single men express sexual desire and satisfaction more often than women, but do not feel happier than the fairer sex with less sex.
Scientists have concluded that having more sex does not improve life satisfaction. Sex for the sake of a relationship is not a panacea, at least not in this quantity. It plays a role in establishing a bond between partners and enhances mental and physical intimacy.
Difficulties arise only if there is nothing at all. Sex is rare, but a situation that becomes too much for both partners is normal because every couple is unique and their sexual desire depends on the temperament of both.
